1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") set out the rules and obligations governing the relationship between bdt7000 ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses or uses the bdt7000 website, its associated services, games, sportsbook, and payment facilities. By accessing any part of the bdt7000 platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you accept it as a binding contract without modification.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the bdt7000 platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued use of the platform following any notice of updated terms will be treated as acceptance of those updated terms.

This Agreement must be read alongside the bdt7000 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any promotional material, the terms of this Agreement take precedence.

1.1 Platform Description

bdt7000 is an English-language online gaming platform designed and operated specifically for the Bangladesh market. The platform offers the following services: cricket sports betting, casino table games, online slot games, live dealer games, and crash games. All real-money transactions on bdt7000 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdt7000 does not offer any services in currencies other than BDT at this time.

1.2 Amendments to These Terms

bdt7000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, other than the posting of updated terms on the bdt7000 website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If a material change is made, bdt7000 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The bdt7000 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This is an absolute and non-negotiable requirement. By registering an account on b dt7000, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you.

2.1 Age Verification

bdt7000 reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. This may include a copy of a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or any other government-issued document that confirms your date of birth. Until satisfactory proof of age is provided, bdt7000 may suspend access to all or part of the platform, freeze account balances, and withhold pending withdrawals.

If at any point bdt7000 determines or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player is under 18 years of age, the following actions will be taken immediately:

• The account will be suspended and locked pending investigation.
• All funds deposited by the underage player will be returned to the original payment method used.
• Any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in their entirety.
• bdt7000 may report the matter to the appropriate authorities in Bangladesh where required by applicable law.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

bdt7000 is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bets. bdt7000 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction other than those for which it is intended. Players located in restricted jurisdictions are not eligible to register accounts or use bdt7000 services.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money features on bdt7000, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a violation of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active bdt7000 account at any time. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Registering multiple accounts under your own name or identity.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Using another person's account with or without their knowledge or consent.
• Registering a new account after a previous account has been closed or self-excluded.

If bdt7000 identifies that a single individual is operating multiple accounts, all accounts associated with that individual will be permanently closed. All balances across those accounts, including deposited funds and winnings, may be forfeited depending on the circumstances and nature of the violation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bdt7000 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bdt7000 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any communication purporting to be from bdt7000 and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

Any activity that takes place using your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether or not you personally authorised that activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact bdt7000 support immediately so your account can be secured.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdt7000 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard online gaming industry practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal is processed, when your cumulative withdrawals exceed a threshold set by bdt7000, or at any other time bdt7000 deems appropriate for the protection of the platform and its players. Accepted KYC documents include the Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), a valid passport, and utility bills or bank statements as proof of address.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the bdt7000 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdt7000 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bdt7000 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, although bdt7000 reserves the right to impose individual account deposit limits where responsible gaming considerations apply. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bdt7000 account in real time following confirmation from the mobile financial service provider. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day to be credited depending on the processing times of the respective Bangladeshi bank.

bdt7000 does not charge any platform fees on standard BDT deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bdt7000's control.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on bdt7000 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the bdt7000 financial operations team. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals requested outside of BST business hours will be processed at the start of the next business day.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit by the account holder. bdt7000 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal is approved, you may be required to complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.3 above.

4.3 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or mobile financial service provider while you have an active bdt7000 account balance is a breach of this Agreement. bdt7000 will suspend your account immediately upon receiving notice of any such chargeback. Any costs, fees, or penalties incurred by bdt7000 as a result of a chargeback initiated by a player will be recovered from that player's account balance where possible.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

bdt7000 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is launched, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the more specific promotion term takes precedence for that promotion only.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a bdt7000 account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the bdt7000 Welcome Bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to the Welcome Bonus:

• The minimum qualifying deposit to activate the Welcome Bonus is ৳500.
• The Welcome Bonus carries a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute 100% of the stake at odds of 1.50 or greater.
• The Welcome Bonus must be wagered within 30 days of being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds will expire after 30 days.
• The Welcome Bonus is available to new players only. One Welcome Bonus per player, per household, and per device.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

bdt7000 runs regular promotional campaigns aligned with the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL Season Cashback, Eid Reload Bonus, Pohela Boishakh Free Spins, and Victory Day Tournaments. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will be published on the bdt7000 promotions page at the time of launch. General conditions that apply to all ongoing promotions include:

• Promotions are available to verified, active bdt7000 accounts in good standing only.
• bdt7000 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, exploiting wagering loopholes, or placing opposing bets to clear bonus requirements — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active on a bdt7000 account at any given time unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been met in full. Real-money funds deposited into a bdt7000 account are used first for wagering purposes before bonus funds are applied, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. bdt7000 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds if it is determined that the bonus was claimed in breach of these terms.

6. Betting Rules & Casino Game Rules

All sports bets placed on the bdt7000 sportsbook and all casino game play on the bdt7000 casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and game type. These rules are published within the relevant sections of the bdt7000 platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

6.1 Sports Betting General Rules

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. bdt7000 does not guarantee that odds will be available for any specific market at any given time.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, bdt7000 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Cricket World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — follow the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). No result will be settled until the governing body has issued an official determination.
• Live in-play bets are settled based on the official score and result at the time the relevant in-play event concludes. bdt7000's decision on in-play market outcomes is final.
• The minimum sports bet on bdt7000 is ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

6.2 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games — including online slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — are provided by third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the rules published within the game interface itself. bdt7000 is responsible for the correct crediting of winnings to your account balance following a game outcome, but the determination of game outcomes is made by the game software and its certified RNG, not by bdt7000 directly.

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a casino game round, the game software will typically resolve the round automatically in accordance with its published rules. If a round cannot be resolved due to a server error, bdt7000 will investigate and apply a fair resolution, which may include voiding the bet and returning the stake to the player's account.

6.3 Responsible Betting Limits

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on bdt7000, you agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose and in accordance with this Agreement. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdt7000 platform and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the bdt7000 platform, including other players' accounts, administrative systems, or backend infrastructure.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to interact with the bdt7000 platform in a way that is not available to ordinary users through the standard web or mobile interface.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, sports betting market, or promotional offer.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of privileged non-public information in connection with sports betting markets on bdt7000.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, theft, or money laundering, onto the bdt7000 platform.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using payment methods that do not belong to you, or facilitating transactions on behalf of third parties.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdt7000 support staff or other platform users in any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or publishing any part of the bdt7000 platform — including game content, odds data, promotional materials, or branding — without prior written permission from bdt7000.

7.2 Accurate Information Obligation

You are obligated to keep the information held in your bdt7000 account accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your residential address, contact number, or payment method — you must update your account information promptly. Providing false information in order to circumvent verification requirements, age checks, or payment processing rules is a material breach of this Agreement.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bdt7000 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for account action include — but are not limited to — breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, suspected underage gambling, suspected multi-accounting, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your bdt7000 account voluntarily, please contact the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements. Voluntary account closure does not entitle you to a refund of any losses incurred during normal gameplay.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from bdt7000 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed or reduced before the agreed exclusion period has elapsed. 8.3 bdt7000-Initiated Closure

Where bdt7000 closes an account due to a breach of this Agreement, bdt7000 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach — such as fraud, multi-accounting, or use of the platform for money laundering — bdt7000 may forfeit the entire account balance. If the investigation does not confirm a breach, any real-money funds legitimately deposited will be returned to the player.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdt7000's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the bdt7000 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdt7000 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service due to events outside bdt7000's reasonable control.
